You can leave a response, or trackback from your own site What a glorious event.  Eighteen delightful MTG players dueled like rutting elk for top honors at Game Den's Wednesday night Standard MTG tournament.  In a five round event, nobody ended up undefeated.  Antoine Harris, Jordan Paxton and Jeff McHenry all finished 4-1 and took 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respectively.  Antoine was unable to draw land to power his fast Goblin deck and lost to Jeff's Jund deck in round 5, but Antoine won the tiebreaker battle and took top honors. 1st-Antoine Harris-Goblins 2nd-Jordan Paxton-Jund 3rd-Jeff McHenry-Jund 4th-Skylar Sherman-Eldrazzi 5th-Josh Jensen-Naya Other participants in no particular order: David Hoague-Kor Jerry Jong- Blue/White control Ryan Sherman-Jund Derrick Martinez-Naya Josh Snow-Jund Brandon Chapman-All American Control Robbie Snow Green/White Aggro Adam Westwood-Bant Control Jeremy Hansen-Naya Addison Hansen-Eldrazzi Michael Walberg-Eldrazzi Nathan Wright-Boros Drew Winn-I dunno Thank you to all participants.  The first person to comment on this posting on gameden.com's main page will receive a free entry to next week's Wednesday night Standard MTG tournament.

    • Very cool to see some local tournament results. Utah doesn’t have enough PTQs, 5Ks, etc to really get a feel for the local metagame.

Will you guys be posting results or schedules for the Provo store as well or just for West Valley?
