MTG Standard Tournament 6-15-2011

The standard format has become a trifle overripe, and an injection of new cards is needed. Anyhoo, another fun tournament, all things considered, was held at Game Den in WVC on Wednesday night June 18.
Julian Ontiveros and Spencer Howland were the only two undefeated players after 3 rounds of Swiss pairings. They chose to draw in the 4th round to guarantee themselves 1st and 2nd places and split 10 packs for their efforts
Other players who finished 3-1 were Anthony Covert, Cameron Fazzio and Jeff McHenry aka The Doobie Brothers.
